LD3 sketchbook 1by ~silentsketcher

For my life drawing III class in college I've been keeping a sketchbook doing drawings of people from life and from photo references. Most of the time I just use photo references since it's more convenient. I have been using both freeze-frame shots from TV with my computer's UltraTV program hooked up to cable, but I've been finding more interesting pictures here on dA for my sketchbook material.

Anyway, to give credit where credit is due, this was drawn after the photograph titled 'Howdy' by

, which can be found here. -> [link] I have other sketches, but this is currently my most recent and I was rather pleased with how it turned out. Sometime I might post up some of the others, perhaps as a collection Photoshopped together into one deviation. We'll see.
