Midori no Hibi

I suppose you could consider this something of a late Valentine's Day piece. It wasn't really intentional that I did a drawing with a love theme, but it just happened that I was reading the 'Midori no Hibi' mangas. Quite some time back, I had seen the anime, just fell absolutely in love with it, and recently found a website where I could download the mangas. So I was all pumped and felt compelled to do a Midori piece.

I wasn't so sure that I'd have it done now, because of what I did to my hand. To make a long story short, I had a little accident with an Xacto knife and my right hand. So I found it rather ironic that during the time I was drawing a character who couldn't use his right hand, I went and did that to mine. God must have a sense of humor.

Anyway, if you haven't seen the anime or read the manga, I highly recommend them. It has the multiple love interests, which is bittersweet because you know in the end only one girl's going to be chosen. I feel especially bad for the girl who is rejected in the end. It just isn't fair.... Sorry, I'm getting all girly on you guys. But it really is quite good, so try to get your hands on it if you haven't already.
